HOW IT WORKS:
1. Owner selects items they would like to sell at online auction
2. Erb's Vintage representative visits the home to photograph & catalogue all items for sale
3. Erb's Vintage advertises your sale and creates an online auction for your items
4. Items are typically up for auction for two weeks
5. When online auction closes, Erb's Vintage representatives return to the property to organize items for pickup
6. Pickup usually occurs on a Saturday between 10:00 and 3:00 pm, at which time auction winners come to pickup their items
7. Erb's Vintage splits the total net profit of the sale 50/50 with the owner
